This suite of interactive web-based Applications was developed by the Office's Information Systems department in conjunction with other partners.  It consists of several web based solutions which provide valuable information services to the Legislative staff and the general public.

The Systems of Legislative Tracking and Processing and the Legislation Syllabus are being constantly modified for data entry and quality control purposes. If you have any doubts on the information, please verify the same at (787) 721-5200 x. 298.


Legislative tracking and processing application's link

¿What is S.I.T.L.?

The same legislative tracking and processing application used by the Puerto Rico Senate and House of Representatives is now available to everyone. It contains all Measures and Bills Introduced from 1993 to 2005. This public service is offered exclusively by the Office of Legislative Services. Now the SITL System includes high resolution duplicates of hundreds of Articulation Documents available for download.

¿What is the Syllabus?

Another application used by the Puerto Rico Senate and House of Representatives is now available for public use. Now you can quickly look up information pertaining to the approval of new laws, repealed laws, as well as amendments, codes and reorganization plans during the 2004-2008 term henceforth. This public service is offered exclusively by the Office of Legislative Services.

¿What is S.E.R.V.I.?

The Electronic Instant Virtual Reference Service is real time communication with a librarian of the Legislative Library. Depending on the availability of documents, the immediate file uploading from one computer to another anywhere in the world is made instantly. Said service also allows the librarian to provide step-by-step instructions on Internet search and navigation methods. This service is free of charge.
